On Friday, April 4, former Hempfield Area High School standout Mikayla Hughes’ current college team, the Pace Setters, won 3-0 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the American International Yellow Jackets.
The game took place at Pace Softball Field. This was their second matchup against the Yellow Jackets this season.
The Setters’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, April 8 at 2 p.m. at Janet L. Ficke Field against Adelphi Panthers.
