Hempfield Area High School standout Callie Sowers’ college team won in NCAA Division II softball game on Saturday, March 29

On Saturday, March 29, former Hempfield Area High School standout Callie Sowers’ current college team, the Bloomsburg Huskies, won 9-3 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Millersville Marauders.

The game took place at Seaber Softball Stadium. This was their second matchup against the Marauders this season.

The Huskies’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, April 1 at 2 p.m. at Lawrence Field against Lock Haven Bald Eagles.
