On Sunday, April 6, former Hempfield Area High School standout Maggie Howard’s current college team, the Georgetown Hoyas, lost 13-0 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Creighton Bluejays.

The game took place at Washington Nationals Youth Academy. This was their third matchup against the Bluejays this season.

The Hoyas’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, April 15 at 6 p.m. at Washington Nationals Youth Academy against Towson Tigers.
