On Monday, March 24, former Southmoreland Senior High School standout Olivia Cernuto’s current collegiate team the Gannon Golden Knights lost 60-32 against the Grand Valley State Lakers in the NCAA Division II Basketball Championship Tournament.

Hosted in UPMC Cooper Fieldhouse, this was the first game against the Grand Valley State Lakers during the championship.

Olivia Cernuto’s hometown is Scottdale and game position is guard.
