On Sunday, March 23, former Mount Pleasant Area High School standout Haylie Brunson’s current college team, the Penn State Nittany Lions, lost 17-4 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Indiana Hoosiers.

The game took place at Andy Mohr Field. This was their third matchup against the Hoosiers this season.

The Nittany Lions’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 29 at 11 a.m. at Shirley Clements Mewborn Field against Oklahoma State Cowgirls.
