Have you ever considered becoming a foster parent? The Westmoreland County Children’s Bureau has an overwhelming need for foster parents for older youth (ages 12-21) . If you or someone you know would like more information on becoming a foster parent please join us for a virtual information and orientation session. September 14, 2021 from 6p-8p
