A meeting of the City ofJeannette Zoning Hearing Board will be held Wednesday, June 22, 2022 at 6:00P.M. in Council Chambers, Jeannette City Hall, 110 South Second Street,Jeannette, PA 15644.
The following appeal(s)will be heard:
1. Appeal #22-07: Gary Raviart of 710 Ellsworth Avenue, Jeannette,PA 15644, is requesting a variance to Zoning Ordinance 17-07, Article 3,Section 3.5.2 to maintain a six (6) foot fence in the front yard of theproperty located at 710 Ellsworth Avenue, Jeannette, PA 15644 TAX MAP No.14-02-09-0-736.
Any person(s) having aninterest in the above-mentioned matter is advised to contact the ZoningEnforcement Officer at City Hall (724-527-4000 x20) or to be present at theabove scheduled meeting.
