NOTICE OF AMENDMENT TO THE WESTMORELAND COUNTY
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT
Notice is hereby given that the County of Westmoreland is proposing substantial amendments to its Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program.
The County proposes amendments to the following FY 2018 CDBG activities:
- West Leechburg Borough 18-13I Removal of Architectural Barriers +$18,523.70 (budget increase)
The County proposes amendments to the following FY 2019 CDBG activities:
- CDBG-CV Administration +$616,976.00 (budget increase)
- CDBG-CV Broadband Expansion, -$616,976.00 (budget decrease)
The County proposes amendments to the following FY 2021 CDBG activities:
- Export Borough 21-11 Street Reconstruction -$100,000.00 (activity cancelled)
- Export Borough 21-27 Parking Facilities +$100,000.00 (new activity)
- City of Greensburg 21-12 Recreational Facilities -$42,000.00 (budget decrease)
- St. Clair Township 21-21 Street Reconstruction +$69,379.00 (budget increase)
Copies of the proposed amendment are available for public inspection at the Westmoreland County Department of Planning and Development, Fifth Floor, 40 N. Pennsylvania Avenue, Greensburg, PA 15601 from 8:00 A.M.to 4:00 P.M. Monday through Friday. On September 15, 2022, the County Commissioners will consider the proposed amendments for adoption at their regular public meeting at 10:00 A.M. in the Commissioners Meeting Rooms, First Floor, County Courthouse Annex, Greensburg, PA.
