Nelson and Flick urge action on double voting issue in Pennsylvania

State Rep. Eric Nelson | Pennsylvania 57th Legislative District

Reps. Eric Nelson and Jamie Flick are set to address the issue of double voting, where individuals cast ballots in Pennsylvania as well as in other states during the same election. The legislators are urging Governor Josh Shapiro's administration to initiate an awareness campaign highlighting the legal consequences of this felony.

Nelson and Flick will be joined by Republican Leader Bryan Cutler, Republican Appropriations Chairman Seth Grove, Republican State Government Committee Chairman Brad Roae, and other House members at a news conference scheduled for Tuesday, October 1, at 10 a.m. The event will take place at the Ryan Office Building Rotunda within the State Capitol Complex in Harrisburg.
