Notice is hereby given that the County of Westmoreland is proposing substantial amendments to its HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME) Program.
The County proposes amendments to the following FY 2022 HOME activities:
- CHDO Set Aside, Non-Project Specific, -$322,107.00 (budget decreased)
- MVAH Morning Sun Senior Lofts, -$311,028.00 (budget decreased)
- New Rental Construction Grand View Senior Housing Project, +$633,135.00 (activity created)
Copies of the proposed amendment are available for public inspection at the Westmoreland County Department of Planning and Development, Fifth Floor, 40 N. Pennsylvania Avenue, Greensburg, PA 15601 from 8:00 A.M.to 4:00 P.M. Monday through Friday. On November 17, 2022, the County Commissioners will consider the proposed amendments for adoption at their regular public meeting at 10:00 A.M. in the Commissioners Meeting Rooms, First Floor, County Courthouse Annex, Greensburg, PA.
