WASHINGTON, D.C. – Chief Deputy Whip Guy Reschenthaler (R-PA) issued a statement in response to President Biden’s State of the Union Address, expressing strong criticism of the current administration's handling of various issues.

He pointed out that illegal immigration was at record lows, inflation was close to zero, and foreign adversaries feared the United States. However, in the present day, there are record-high illegal border crossings, significant price increases, and global turmoil.
The congressman emphasized that the challenges facing America today were not inevitable, suggesting that the actions of President Biden and the Democratic Party have contributed to the deterioration of the nation and the American Dream. Reschenthaler underscored the importance of leaders prioritizing the interests of the American people over personal agendas and donors for the country to thrive.
In light of these observations, Reschenthaler concluded that the true strength of the Union can only be realized when elected officials wholeheartedly advocate for the well-being and prosperity of the American populace.
